- Sonic in a Sonic Sez from 2001
Premise[]
Sonic Sez (or Sonic Says) was a small 30 second segment which played at the end of every episode of The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. It acted as a PSA for all children watching. It talked about various moral dilemmas such as calling 911, smoking, grafitti and even some more peculiar issues like climbing into a dryer, and sexual harassment.
The first Sonic Sez (used in the unaired pilot episode) involved Tails crossing a road without looking and almost getting run over until he's saved by Sonic, the message obviously being don't cross the road without looking both ways first.
Sonic Sez segments are infamous for being edited into "YTP"s.
The most well known case is one talking about Sexual Harassment.

Sonic Sez was referenced to in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog review by the Nostalgia critic, but this specific one was used in his Pagemaster Review whilst talking about Christopher Lloyd as the weird librarian. And Again In OK K.O During the crossover Episode.
Rarely known, sonic says is a jab at the Mario show from three years earlier making fun of the King Koopa Sez episode from Rock TV that aired years before Sonic The Hedgehog TV show(s). King Koopa has a very similar setup telling the inhabitants of the mushroom kingdom on what to and not to do.
